All prices are subject to change without notice. For quantities higher than catalog pricing call 1-800-849-3322 for volume pricing. Prices listed are US Dollars. BW reserves the right to pass along product price increases and/or increased freight charges that result from a change in national or world economics. All prices in this catalog are for BLANK goods only.

Availability

Imported items are subject to availability. BW cannot guarantee in stock availability on all items at all times. We will advise if we are out of stock on any item and when they will be available for shipping.

Billing Terms and Credit Cards: Net 30 with approved credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX*. Also bank ACH. No C.O.D. shipments allowed.

*Effective July 5th, 2023 a 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is $100.00. Pricing based on total quantity ordered. Must order in even dozens per style/color.

Shipping

If in stock merchandise we usually ship within 48 Hours.

Freight

Orders are F.O.B. Greenville, SC 29605. BW is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. We ship by UPS, FedEx and common carrier.

Freight quotes are estimates – they do not include fuel surcharges or other fees that might be added by the carrier.

Returns & Claims

All returns and claims must be approved by BW. All claims must be made within 30 days after ship date. Goods CANNOT be returned once printed on. If incorrect item is mistakenly shipped, we cannot issue a credit if it has been imprinted. Must be inspected by receiving party before imprinting.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned blanks.

Substitute Material

We reserve the right to substitute material of equal or better value without notification.

Sizes

Products may vary up to 5%.

Care & Laundering

We recommend laundering products in cold water (with cold water detergent) with like colors and line drying. Do not bleach. BW is not responsible for shrinkage due to improper laundering.

Trademark Usage

Logos appearing in this catalog do not represent ownership of logo we are just showing imprinting capabilities.

Warranty

BW is committed to quality, not only in our products but in the service we provide. Products will be replaced or repaired in the event of defects in workmanship. Due to the nature of fabric, we cannot guarantee against variances in color, shade, texture, size and construction of finished goods. Fabric colors may vary from one lot to the next. Exact matching of fabric colors on reorders or the degree of colorfastness cannot be guaranteed.
